3rd book in the Millennium series, it just keeps getting better and better!

Lisbeth Salander simply annihilates my world with her awesomeness :D

I gave up on trying for that book.

all of her novels seem to have the same premise.

i've read P&P and sense and sensibility

even if they have the same premise (pretty much), i really enjoyed them both.

maybe that's just me- they're kind of a guilty pleasure.

If it works for you I'm happy.

a lot of authors do tend to have niche and stick with it and it works for them.

But for some reason, with Austen, I do not like it. I have an irrational disdain for the woman.

I do not deny that it is amazing that she sold books, had strong females and so on. Grateful and proud of that bit of female history.

yeah, it's nice. i actually think her female characters (elizabeth bennet...) were kind of unlikeable... but they were unlikeable because (for the most part) they were strong bitches

but you know

but i like the books because i'm a sucker for love stories with people wearing pretty dresses and going on walks around the pretty countryside.

Most recent book, American Gods by Neil Gaiman. Very awesome book I highly recommend it. Mostly I read Stephen King I've probably read every book he's written, including the ones under his pseudonyms or other fantasy type books, Marian Zimmer Bradley or Mercedes Lackey or I reach for Anne Rice books, I especially like her books about witches (Taltos) and vampires, no one can match the vampires LeStat or Marius.

I finally just finished The Wizard and Glass (book four of the Dark Tower series)

The Dark Tower series is just plain 'amazing'! Continue through the whole thing, you won't be disappointed. Stephen King is the master.

I love both of those books. They're tough reads but utterly incredible
