Indifferent Ignorance 356 Report post Posted May 14, 2013 The new Star Trek. It's excellent, unless you have problems with science fiction, large amounts of explosions or Sherlock as a bad guy.

RadarAnomaly 1,454 Report post Posted May 15, 2013 My mom is a huge Gatsby fan from teaching the book, but she didn't like the movie. She said the music was a bit jarring and she didn't like Carey Mulligan (though, funnily, my mom thought -and probably still thinks- that Daisy was played by Michelle Williams). inthiswatercoolerromance 32 Report post Posted May 16, 2013 Was it bad? I haven't seen it yet, but likely will i still haven't made my mind up about it yet. there were certainly some things i liked about it, but it was a lot to take in. some of my problems were technical, a specific scene with the editing, but i found the music interesting. i'd never read gatsby before. i can't say i loved the story. but yeah, i loved moulin rouge, not exactly the first time, but after i saw it again, i loved it. maybe this will happen with this one?
